The hotel looks so much better on the picture. I was extremely disappointed. The room needs to be update and the sink was clogged. The concrete ceiling is terrible. The only good thing was the nice breakfast and the staff is very polite.

There was no running water - after a 13 hour flight I couldn’t take a shower. Called front desk and they said they’d look in the morning to fix it. Not acceptable. Next day still wasn’t working. Couldn’t brush teeth or even use toilet to flush. We checked out early

Bom tivemos a experiência de sua diárias, portanto haveria somente um dia a limpeza no nosso quarto, no horário da limpeza estava no banho e pedimos p retornar depois, não retornou, mesmo com aviso na porta! Outro item, somente deixaram um sabonete para o casal, acredito que pelo valor da diária são economias bobas que faz com que clientes saiam insatisfeitos
