Good Hotel, Poor Service

The hotel and stay was ok and very close the the rodoviaria bus station. But we requested and electricity adaptator because ours was not working and they did not provide us one, so we couldnt connect any cellphone or notebook to charge. Unnacceptable in 2025 and made the stay uncomfortable.

Minhas reservas sao feitas e pagas antecipadas e nos tres ultimos checkin fui cobrado novamente sem ao menos consultarem. Falei que ja tinha sido paga e os funcionarios falaram que nao tinha. Na primeira vez achei que foi descuido deles, na segunda desconfiei e na terceira tive a certeza de que fazem Errado e acabei falando para o funcionario. Entao tomem cuidado para nao serem Cobrados novamente se sua reserva ja foi paga antecipadamente. Com certeza eles irao te cobrar na hora do check in.
