Minha experiência no Hotel Express Rodoviária, em Porto Alegre, foi positiva, principalmente pela praticidade da localização. Para quem chega ou sai pela rodoviária, o hotel é muito conveniente e facilita bastante a logística da viagem. Os quartos são simples, mas confortáveis e limpos, atendendo bem para estadias rápidas ou viagens de trabalho. O atendimento da equipe também costuma ser elogiado pelos hóspedes, com funcionários educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é bom, com opções suficientes para começar o dia bem. Outro ponto positivo é o custo-benefício, especialmente considerando a região central e a facilidade de acesso ao transporte público. Como ponto de atenção, o movimento intenso na região ao redor e sobre a estrutura mais simples do hotel, mas isso não compromete a experiência para quem busca praticidade e boa localização. Limpeza deixa a desejar

Em relação a estadia tivemos uma boa impressão no check-in, pessoal atencioso e local limpo e organizado. O quarto de casal que ficamos tem um bom espaço, porém a limpeza da cama deve ser primordial para quem se hospeda. Sem muito esforço, já vimos migalhas de comida por cima da cama e batata frita no chão. Travesseiro sujo e claramente amassado e lenço com manchas amarelas, nojento! Para surpresa, encontramos um brinco abaixo do cobertor. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e fomos atendidos
