Located directly across the bus station, perfect for travelers. breakfast was ok and room was clean, but hotel is super old and desperate for renovations. Kind of scary inside the hotel at night.

The apartment smells musty, is very dirty, and full of dust mites. The carpet is at least 20 years old, with many cigarette burns and glitter from countless carnivals. The bathroom smells musty, and the shower grout looks like it has never been cleaned.

A propriedade está abandonado, carpetes manchados e fedidos por quase toda propriedade, corredores horríveis, o saguão do hotel está se deteriorando. Entendo que teve a enchente. Mas não trocaram muitos coisas, tem sinais de cupim a sinuca está toda danificada. Solicitei um quarto luxo. Mas recebi um que nem frigobar tinha e com carpete fedido e manchados atacou a rinite da esposa. Fui até a recepção q disseram que era o luxo. Eu então fico imaginando o standart. Depois de tentativas me conseguiram um quarto até que bom sem carpete porém com ar condicionado de janela (???) Que mais parecia um motor de trator ligado horrível. A única e melhor parte do hotel foi o café da manhã que é muito bom. Mas mobília geral precisam renovar. A piscina tem um acesso horrível parece um labirinto. Mas a piscina é boa, falta conservação e limpeza. No geral foi bem desagradável e pelo valor deveriam melhorar muito mesmo. Me hospedei no tri hilton em Chapecó mais barato e mil vezes melhor.

Café da manhã bom equipe bem agradável e quarto limpo. Bom custo benefício e perto da rodoviária. Não tem mais refeições a noite no restaurante e as refeições de almoço e jantar são somente servidas no quarto. O maior problema eh que a internet do hotel só funciona nas áreas comuns

Equipe de recepção antipatica, sem proatividade, estacionamento era terceirizado e pago separadamente e disfuncional (tem que dar a volta no quarteirão, pois ao sair está na contramão da recepção). Todos quartos tem uma janela e não possui tela de proteção com meu filho de 1 ano que já está andando não senti confiança, camas são duas de solteiras unidas, estacionamento ao lado do hotel não pertence ao hotel, a taxa de 20 Reais está correta, no segundo dia o chuveiro não esquentava tivemos que trocar de quarto, esse esquentou e com o vapor do local revelou desenhos no espelho então em relação a questão da limpeza fica a desejar, fiação exposta, equipe da recepção a maioria não são simpáticos, café da manhã bom, região não é boa para sair à noite caminhando a rua atrás é um pouco preocupante. Frigobar não possui bebidas. Site não está permitindo adicionar as fotos quando der anexo

O imóvel, como um todo, merece uma boa reforma. Especialmente o quarto: banheiro com cortina de tecido acumula sujeira. A bancada da pia estava rachada. Ainda existe bidê, algo bem antigo e ultrapassado - o quarto cheira à mofo, roupa de cama continham manchas, iluminação fraca - janela suja e com puxador quebrado, esquadria suja. Carpetes em todo o hotel, que parece muuuito antigo, péssimo para pessoas alérgicas.
