Vários problemas... Fiquei três noites. Na manhã da primeira noite alguém colocou fogo em um quarto do 15 andar... Até aí nenhuma responsabilidade do hotel... A água desceu pelo elevador e escadas(até o 10º andar, onde estava hospedado). Com os elevadores inoperantes perguntamos se iria retornar até o final do dia. Disseram que sim. Não retornou. Tive que subir as escadas e chegando no meu quarto a chave não funcionou. Na manhã seguinte perguntamos se o elevador iria voltar a funcionar naquele dia, responderam que sim. No final da noite o elevador não estava funcionando mas o funcionário estava arrumando. Subi pelas escadas. Na manhã seguinte finalmente o elevador estava funcionando porém os funcionários estavam mais preocupados em eles levarem os carrinhos para arrumar os quartos do que deixar os clientes usar o único elevador. Acho que eu não ouvi nenhum pedido de desculpa não recebi voucher, nenhuma satisfação... Péssimo atendimento, quando estiver em Porto Alegre não pretendo voltar... Há, mais um problema... Quando solicitei a nota fiscal disseram que não iriam emitir porque a plataforma era obrigada a me entregar. Recebi automaticamente no e-mail, os funcionários não sabem nem o que estão fazendo ali...

O box do banheiro do quarto é um cubículo, mal dá para se mexer. E um transtorno muito grande ter que descer e subir pelas escadas até o 17* andar. Estourou um cano e alagou os elevadores e as escadas. O mínimo que o hotel podia ter feito para minimizar esse evento era devolver as diárias ou oferecer outra estadia gratuita ou com redução nos valores. Mas, sequer a recepção pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido. Nesse hotel nunca mais.

Avaliação da hospedagem Infelizmente, minha estadia ficou bem abaixo do esperado, por uma série de motivos. O estacionamento fica fora do hotel, na rua de cima, o que atrapalha bastante a locomoção e o acesso à recepção. No check-in, tive dificuldade para ser atendido. A cada momento chegava alguém na recepção e o atendente me deixava esperando para atender os recém-chegados, o que tornou o processo demorado e frustrante. Por um infortúnio, houve um incidente envolvendo um hóspede (segundo informação oficiosa) que resultou no acionamento do sistema de sprinklers do prédio. Como consequência, ficamos sem elevador durante toda a minha estadia. Nos dois dias em que fiquei hospedado, precisei subir e descer 15 andares pela escada. Para piorar, ao pedir o jantar no quarto, ele não foi entregue no apartamento, e tive que descer e subir novamente para conseguir jantar. Quanto à limpeza, do primeiro para o segundo dia nem toda a sujeira do apartamento foi recolhida. O box do banheiro, do tipo porta camarão, além de pequeno, não fechava direito, o que reduzia ainda mais o já apertado espaço do banho. Em resumo, foi uma estadia que não pretendo repetir.

O hotel tem uma boa localização para quem se hospeda durante a semana. Como em todas as grandes cidades, esvazia aos finais de semana e dá uma sensação de insegurança. A recepção atende bem e de forma gentil. Café da manhã bom. Fiquei no apartamento 707, uma noite apenas. Ar condicionado ok, cama confortável, frigobar silencioso e funcionando bem. No entanto, a limpeza do banheiro era deplorável. Box cheio de fios de cabelos do hóspede anterior, porta sabonetes com restos, box com vidros imundos. Havia até um prendedor de cabelos deixado pela hóspede anterior, demonstrando claramente que nem olharam para a limpeza.

Passamos duas diárias no hotel e foi muito bom, quarto limpo, chuveiro quente, café da manhã maravilhoso. No check-in fomos mal atendidos, funcionário alterou nosso quarto cobrou a mais sem dar explicações ainda que eu perguntei duas vezes fui ignorado. No mais, recomendo.
