The check in experience set the tone for the entire stay. I received an email notifying me that while I requested an earlier check in if possible (10:45am instead of the standard 2:00pm), if it was available I would be charged a full extra day. This surprised me. I asked the front desk staff on arrival about this. He didn't speak English, which also surprised me, but through Google Translate confirmed that there was a room ready, but he would charge me for a full extra day to check in. No thanks. He did store my luggage for free and let me sit in the lobby. He didn't even offer wifi access before check in. If the room there were four towels and two flat pillows in the room, and no shelves or drawers to store anything. I ended up using the desk as a dresser. Although it is not advisable to drink the tap water, no water was provided, only two plastic cups wrapped in plastic. The included breakfast was okay. The only warm food was sad scrambled eggs and hot dogs in tomato sauce. The fruit was nice. Lots of bread and sweet options. Sometimes there was yogurt. Guests are expected to take food on plastic trays and clean their own table afterwards. I opted to eat elsewhere one of the days to have a decent breakfast. The gym had so much potential. There was no elliptical machine, and no set of free weights, just four adjustable weights that wouldn't adjust. The gym equipment provided was odd. Not sure how many guests train on parallel bars. Overall I would not stay here again.

Apenas um pernoite em POA antes de embarcar para outra cidade. Próximo do aeroporto. Tive que pagar estacionamento à parte e não gostei disso. Café da manhã também pago a parte, mas saí cedo e não precisei. Quarto simples, pequeno mas funcional. Cama boa, banheiro bom, recepção atenciosa. Talvez volte a ficar lá. mas não encantou.

Eu gosto muito da localização do hotel e praticidade entretanto o café da manhã ja foi melhor. Faltou agilidade da equipe em repor o leite quente..fui algumas vezes me servir e tive que ficar aguardando. Um restaurante que funcione por mais horas também faz falta! Por fim, no último dia, acionou o alarme de incêndio e os elevadores travaram e eu tive que descer com mala pesada os 5 andares, além do alarme ter sido desnecessário incomou os ouvidos !

Não sei nem como começar essa avaliação. Alguns atendentes atenciosos, outros nem tanto. Agora o problema mesmo foi o quarto. Tava tudo bem, até ligarmos o ar condicionado. Simplesmente não tem ar condicionado!!!!!! Que hotel não tem ar condicionado???? Ligamos e fomos dormir. Acordamos de madrugada pingando de suor. Ao ir na recepção, informamos que nosso ar não estava gelando, o atendente responde: “Nós não temos ar condicionado. É apenas um sistema de filtro, que ventila o ar de fora. Não gela.” Gente do céu!!! Que absurdo!!! E ainda tinha uma entrevista de emprego no outro dia, não preciso nem dizer o quão acabada eu estava, por não ter dormido direito. Fora isso, café da manhã ótimo. Mas nunca voltaria a me hospedar em um local que não tem o mínimo de um AR CONDICIONADO!!!!!!
