A chegada ou melhor check-in foi estressante, acusava não pago, cansado de horas na estrada e tudo que envolve viagem, chegar tarde da noite e enfrentar tal situação. Foi resolvido, mas envolveu tempo que eu poderia ter já entrado em descanso.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao centro e mercado público, quarto mais antigo mas tudo funciona bem, bom chuveiro e camas confortáveis O que deixou a desejar foi atendimento, era final de semana de bastante movimento apenas duas pessoas da recepção para Check In. Cheguei no hotel antes do horária (12:30) e havia me informado antes por telefone que precisaria alterar quarto para triplo, gerente me falou que sem problemas fazer alteração, na chegada não pude entrar porque não estava liberado pela gerente, apenas ela fazia alteração de quartos. A recepção não tinha autonomia para isso, o que facilitaria se soubessem. Tive que aguardar, matei tempo no centro, ao retornar uma fila enorme e atendimento demorado! Pela demanda de movimento deveria ter mais pessoas atendendo ou liberar check In um pouco antes pra quem ja estava ali evitando demora. Fiquei mais de 30min em função de atendimento, para realizar check In. O estacionamento fica em um parceiro, que fica umas três/quatro quadras do hotel, quando fui pegar carro fui informada do carimbo do hotel para ter desconto, tive que voltar ao hotel para receber tal carimbo, um desgaste desnecessário andando pra lá e pra lá, por falha simples de processo/comunicação : chegou hóspede, tem carro na garagem já carimba papel, evitando transtorno.

Hospedagem rápida

É um hotel muito antigo, e ao que parece uma nova rede comprou, então a recepção é reformada. Os quartos são bem grandes, verdadeiros apartamentos, mas bem antigos.. a cama de casal tinha uma tabua dura bem no meio, não era muito confortável e o cobertor daqueles de pêlo que só de ver a alergia grita.. Mas para uma noite, dá para ficar!

O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo, a limpeza dos quartos era excelente, bem cheiroso, café da manhã muito bom, ótima localização. Como sugestão, algumas manutenções no banheiro, e mais agilidade na entrega dos veículos do estacionamento, agendamos no dia anterior a retirada, porém de acordo com o manobrista a reserva não havia sido repassada ao mesmo
