A limpeza e o café são bons, móveis bem conservados, colchão bom, porém o hotel precisa de manutenção urgente. Muitas infiltrações, ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Trocamos 2x de quarto devido à falta de manutenção, chuveiro molhava todo o banheiro, trocamos para um quarto que mal cabia no box.

Cortina e vidraças, necessitando limpeza; vidraça não isola o ruído externo; espaço não preenchido entre a parede divisória com o quarto vizinho e a vidraça externa permite ouvir ruídos e fumaça de cigarro invadir o ap; fornecido apenas um cobertor fino em período de quase inverno; lençol de forrar fica saindo do colchão; geladeira com aspecto de que necessita limpeza; pia do banheiro entupida; assento do vaso sanitário frouxo e escorregando para os lados; porta do box muito pesada para mover; difícil a regulagem da temperatura da água do chuveiro; porta do ap não isola o ruído e deixa luz do corredor entrar; elevadores por várias vezes demoraram a chegar, pois o da direita (olhando para eles) travava em outro andar. Boa parte dos problemas deixei relatado no tablet de avaliação, na recepção, cujo aplicativo não é intuitivo nem funciona direito, tornando demorada a operação pelo hóspede.

Quarto razoável, estava com meu marido e minha filha de 3 anos, e só tinha uma cama de casal para nós 3 e era pequena a cama. Pequeno o quarto café da manhã razoável também, alguns dias estava bem frio o leite, ovo e salsicha. Estava bem cheio o hotel, então tinha muito barulho. E como fica bem na avenida também, o quarto não era silencioso.

O hotel aparenta ser bem antigo e precisa de algumas reformas. Coisas que ferem a experiência do hóspede como falta de tomadas, portas emperradas e muito barulhentas (a ponto de acordar os hóspedes devido a péssima acústica), toalhas muito mal lavadas, etc me impedem de dar uma nota boa. A localização não é uma das melhores e te passa um sentimento de insegurança. O preço e a inclusão do café da manhã são ótimos atrativos, mas o café não condiz com as fotos (pouca quantidade/opções e muita demora na reposição dos itens). O staff é educado e solícito, fomos bem tratados pelos funcionários.
