The Hotel is in a very lively and convenient area of downtown Portland just 400 feet from Powell’s Books. The staff was very responsive and helped us stay in a quiet room on the top floor. The coffee and tea selection were better than the average hotel and the room itself beautiful and spacious with nice views. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was great, close to everything. No parking area in the hotel, you need to look for parking and it is expensive if you stay several days. We have a problem in the room that was assigned to us but the staff was very helpful and resolve the situation right away.

Booked two rooms. Room 1: full wall window in the bathroom. You'll be exposed to the whole street. Room 2: coldest shower in existence, no door, so you'll have goosebumps in the shower.
