The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, and the property itself is truly one of a kind. Every detail made our stay feel special. Room was a great size and really clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was super helpful, when fridge was not working we were brought a new fridge within 15 minutes. Location was awesome, beautiful walks along the coast and about a ~15 min walk to downtown Kennebunkport.

We had an amazing remodeled King room with a porch and chairs on the 1st floor. Great views of the river, ocean and sunset. Nicely furnished and we were within walking distance of Dock Square. The Port Fish and Chophouse Restaurant at the Inn was excellent. Mabel's Lobster Claw across the street had a lot of choices including great Lobster Rolls. The receptionists helping us check in were excellent. We arrived early and they texted us when our room was ready and then escorted us to our room. Highly recommend The Breakwater Inn.
