Overall our stay was ok. The staff were friendly and personable, and the room was comfortable, clean, and met our needs. The not so good was our room wasn't ready until 2 hours after check in and we had to hang out in the lobby with a kid that wasn't feeling well (so we couldn't go somewhere else to pass the time). I asked, but no other similar rooms were available because they hadn't been cleaned yet either. The other issue was a loud rattling sound in the vents anytime the AC and/or the bathroom fan in our room or the adjoining room were on. When our neighbor left their things on, there was nothing we could do about it. We spoke with the front desk about this multiple times, and were told that maintenance would come by to look at it, but no one ever did. Breakfast was the standard eggs/meat option/cereal/waffle/pastry fare. The eggs, meat, and pastries were always overcooked. Probably won't stay here again.

There were a couple of little issues we ran into -- stovetop not working great, missing door plate on one of the bathroom doors, so unable to close without getting locked in -- but those were very minor. Everything else was excellent!! Great breakfast, great appetizer social on Mon & Tue evening! Hotel staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond in customer service. Would definitely stay here again!!

The ac unit was ridiculously loud. The pool is a postage stamp. Staff was great. Breakfast was great, though on weekends they don't start it until 7:30 which was not great for 8:30am soccer tournament guests.
