The room is spacious and comfortable. We needed a place to relax for a few days while our house was being shown for sale. This hotel gave us exactly that. Breakfast was better than I was expecting, and the staff were wonderfully friendly - shout out to Keith at the front desk who made our check in so positive.

The rooms are always spotless and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the pool is a nice bonus.

The hotel itself was really nice. The room smelt new. The bed was a king size. The pillows were soft (if you need neck support…bring your own pillows) bed was firm. The shower was not completely clean. There was hair on the shelf in the shower and the wall where you walk in had some kind of dirty soap hand prints or something. I don’t like open showers and this one is. Our body soap bottle was empty so glad we had our own. No lotion in the room either if you were hopeful of that. The pool is “80” said staff but was pretty cold when we tried going in it. So unless you like a cold plunge the pool is not worth your time. The breakfast had a good variety, to include healthy options. The kitchen staff were very friendly and constantly making sure everything was refilled. The TV did not work our last night and the front desk staff was clueless of how to fix. Had a mixture of front staff from very friendly to flat affect. We would stay here again overall.

Room was clean, large, great layout, mini kitchen looked great. Only complaint is kitchen lights did not turn on but we were not in the room long enough to even use the kitchen so it did not matter. The breakfast in the morning was okay. I had oatmeal with some of the toppings from the granola bar, which was yummy. I was hoping for simple scrambled eggs and they did not have that. I do appreciate the creative offerings, there were empanadas and a savory muffin. I am gluten free so I could not have those options, same for the waffle/pancake bar.

The hotel was great except the heat did not function well. I called the staff and they came right up. I got it working and then it went back to some sort of pre setting and we were cold all night. I finally just gave up. The staff were not at fault at all. Just a faulty thermostat. It should be replaced.
