Staff was sub par for a 4 star hotel. Bartender and wait staff were more concerned about discussing issues with customers than actually serving people right in front of them. Front desk staff were very curt on the phone.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Hotel was able to accomodate early check-in. Hotel location was fabulous; near stores, restaurants and pier. Did not need to drive anywhere, which was great since you have to pay for parking. Enjoyed my stay. Only con would be that the room had an armour, and there had ro put luggage on sofa. A luggage rack would have been helpful.

This hotel was lovely! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The decor had a nice coastal feel, and the location was perfect for walking the city. It was close to shops, restaurants and cafes. The only note would be that our room faced the late-night bar scene so a bit loud but overall, a great stay.

The best location for downtown Portland. We had so much fun exploring the area. The complimentary amenities at the hotel and guest pantry on each floor were top tier. We can't wait to go back!
