Staff was nice and the room was clean. I reserved a deluxe king because we wanted a couch. When we got to our room it was not a deluxe and we didnt have a sitting area. The shuttle bus was parked in the handicap spot taking 1 of only 4 available. And my husband cut his foot on glass in the hot tub area.

The room required repairs, and the staff did not address the issue of loud guests talking at all hours, disrupting others' sleep. Improved soundproofing for the rooms and doors is necessary to enhance guest comfort.

Yes the breakfast was fresh daily with options to eat healthier, our room was nice and spacious, the hot tub was nice and hot the pool was great! It was nice to use the hot tub and pool anytime. The gym was big enough to do my stretches for the day. It was nice to have a laundry facility. The staff were very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. It was nice to use the shuttle.
