🚗 Driving — This home includes one assigned rear-lot space: the fourth gravel space from the left as you enter the lot from the alley (space 4 when counting from left to right). Additional vehicles must use legal street parking and follow posted signs.



✈️ Airport — PDX is reachable by car or transit. The MAX Yellow Line at Albina/Mississippi connects to downtown and other MAX lines; airport trips require a Red Line connection.



Other Things to Note:

♿ Entry: the apartment is at the garden level of a 5-unit building — one level down, with stairs and a sloped approach; no elevator. It may not suit guests with mobility limitations.



🔊 It's a lower-level home, so you may occasionally hear footsteps from neighbors above. Light sleepers may prefer white noise or earplugs.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
