This was one of my favorite hotel stays. The room is cute and comfortable with an amazingly comfortable king bed. Staff was friendly and helpful and being able to actually park anywhere close to downtown was amazing. We rode the trolly (which was free with our room key) and did OMSI, the Portland art gallery and Powells. Perfect 3 days. Only suggestion is more variety at breakfast. Basically bagels, yogurt and granola bars. Next time we will just buy groceries and cook in the room kitchen which was a lovely addition to our stay.

Location was excellent with easy access to the tram and lots of amazing restaurants! Hotel was nice with easy parking. Just be careful not to park near large cars and trucks because I ended up having large scrape of red paint along the back tire well of my car as a departing gift.

Great place to stay, starting with the friendly staff when we checked in. The daily breakfast was basic but the continuous coffee bar was great. Every other day housekeeping was great. The hotel was quirky, clean and the room had everything needed for an extended stay. On site parking was a plus with a location close to numerous shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! We were welcomed warmly and enjoyed the salt water taffy as an extra pop of color and sweet treat. :) Our room was perfect, with more amenities than we even had anticipated, and the breakfast was delicious -- with several gluten free options and fresh fruit! This is an excellent Portland choice for lodging, in charming NW Portland. Great shopping and restaurants in the area, and the streetcar makes all of downtown Portland easily accessible. Parking is included in the reservation. The rooms are well designed with every amenity.

**The worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.** After falling asleep with the TV on—apparently a little louder than it should’ve been—we were **woken up at 3 AM by aggressive banging on the door** and told we were being kicked out. **No phone call. No warning. Just threats that they would call the cops.** We’ve been using Hotels.com for over 14 years and have *never* had an issue anywhere. The cops showed up and literally put us out on the street in Portland at 3 AM with **no explanation** and **no refund** for the second night we didn’t stay. The staff was extremely unpleasant and honestly looked like tweakers. Thankfully Hotels.com refunded us because we’re loyal customers, but the hotel itself refused to do anything. If you’re planning a night out, **stay far away from this place.** The walls are paper thin and the staff is hostile and unprofessional. A simple phone call to tell us the TV was loud would have solved the whole situation. It’s sad because the property *is* nice—we’ve stayed here multiple times for the same reason. But this experience was completely different, and after how we were treated, **we will never be back. I strongly recommend others reconsider staying here as well.**
