The room was fine although a little chilly and the thermostat would only work on Cool. The noise from the airport all throughout the night was awful. There should be better insulation. I was charged for parking, and notified of a charge for breakfast, which I declined. In the past, those were included in the price of the room. The lids for the coffee cups did not fit the cups. The staff confirmed this yet, they left them out to be used. Wasteful and frustrating.

Always a clean room. Great pool and hot tub for families with children. The morning shuttle to the airport was convenient. We love that the parking lot is well lit and IKEA is nearby.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The room was really nice and much better than I expected. I'm in Portland a lot and will be staying here every time now. Free shuttle, super convenient...and super relaxing. Skip the breakfast though, it was rough. IHOP is two doors down.

Hotel smelled very stale and dirty. Room wasn’t very clean. Toilet was loose. With two toddlers in tow we didn’t have the luxury of complaining and switching rooms. We wouldn’t go back.
