The room & staff were fine and well worth the reasonable cost for my stay. However, the quality of the free breakfast buffet left much to be desired. Essentially most of the cooked food was inedible. I would expect better from a Hyatt brand.

Only downside is when requesting for someone to come check my ac unit, no one ever came and I had to double call and was told that the “service team is pretty busy” with a slight chuckle. I gave up on escalating the service team come for the AC and let it be. Other than that the hotel is nice!

The hotel is easy to get to and you can walk downtown for dinner. The area is less frenetic than other parts of Portland. Easy to walk downtown. Staff are friendly and the room worked well for my purposes.
