Nice hotel and nice hospitality. Only downside is when requesting for someone to come check my ac unit, no one ever came and I had to double call and was told that the “service team is pretty busy” with a slight chuckle. I gave up on escalating the service team come for the AC and let it be. Other than that the hotel is nice!

The hotel is easy to get to and you can walk downtown for dinner. The area is less frenetic than other parts of Portland. Easy to walk downtown. Staff are friendly and the room worked well for my purposes.

Staff was lovely, however prepare to spend $50-$65 a night on valet as parking is very limited. However, the valet staff was so amazing and kind, Steven especially. Hotel was clean with healthy breakfast options, all staff was accommodating and well mannered.
