Great hotel in a quite convenient location, with many food options nearby (walking distance) and easy to park. Would definitely stay again when visiting Beaverton next time. Staff is very friendly and attentive!

Bar was subpar. Warm beer because the refrigerator wasn’t working. non working beer tap. It would have been nice to know the parking situation ahead of time too. $35 a day for a small lot that was filled when we arrived. No street parking available. There is a cheaper garage a short walk away. A heads up would have been nice since we arrived very late.

Stayed in one of the front corner rooms. Only for one night, but it was great. Convenient to the transit train to Portland. Parking is a little steep, but they had an EV charger with no additional cost, so it's a net win if you have an EV.

The room was very nice. Spacious and clean. We checked in without any hiccups or surprises. Their website mentions valet parking but they don't do valet parking. There is a nominal parking fee which I didn't mind paying. I was able to park right outside the rear entrance to the Hyatt House. Our check-in greeter was very nice and helpful. We will probably go there again in the future.

The room was clean, the building was new and nice, the staff were friendly, but the heater took a while to heat up and the worst thing was the fan blew directly to the head of the bed, right into our faces. Contacts went dry and had to be removed, making it hard to see the tv and we had to decide to deal with the cold or the air blowing in our faces. We decided to deal with the cold. Not a pleasant experience.

Exellent room service, excellent location, rooms were clean, parking at the hotel was $112 for 4 nights if you want to park in the hotel parking lot but there are alternative options such as street parking and a parking garage within the same block. My only complaint would be the laundry room. Payment method was difficult as it would not accept my credit/debit card and there is no coin alternative I ended up using apple pay which was inconvienient as I had to download the app and the method costed more charging $6 just to wash instead of the $2.50 listed on the machine. As for the dryer i had to use apple pay again as it was again my only option as my debit/credit card did not go through but it actually took out the amount listed on the machine ($2.50)
