When I called, if someone answered they acted liked they couldn’t hear me and hung up. Then when I called back no one picked up. When I arrived after midnight to check in, my room was not ready. The shelving at the bottom of both sinks were broken. The breakfast area was left messy; no one was there cleaning up.

The 2 young ladies at the desk were very helpful with checking me in and when i left and were very polite, rooms were spotless beds were comfy, breakfast was great loved trying out the waffle maker, there was ab accident with the coffee maker abd was continuing to boil all over the counter a couple times but the gentleman was able to get it under control in time before any other guests arrived.

Hotel has potential. Lobby needs renovating, first floor rooms were very noisy as was parking lot. Room was nice, liked mural on wall and style of decor. bathroom needs some minor renovations in the cracks, tub edges, ceilings. Doesnt look clean or finished. Breakfast was so crowded you couldn’t move so we walked out without eating. Location is good despite the parking lot being behind a convenient store and at night you have to park around back as the lobby door is locked.

First time since new ownership. 360 degree improvement. Clean , friendly staff , rooms updated. It was really nice. Few snags but they will correct. Like ironing board , no iron , rooms without hairdryer. That being said you call the desk and they deliver to room right away.
