Check-in was very slow, not just for me. Don’t know if it’s slow computer issues or more training needed. Bed was great, and the step-in shower made me feel safe. The only noteworthy problem is that the floors felt sticky in the room but also other areas of the property.

Towels and bed good, room and shower dated, minimal hot water, shower curtain mildewed. Continental breakfast cheap alleged orange juice, more like koolaid. Smoking cigs and weed at the entrance unacceptable. The young man who wore different baseball hats very nice, always smiled and provided great info. Give him a bonus. Location very convenient. Coffee should be available throughout the day.

Was OK, not good

Room was updated but corners where cut i.e. new stuff was just put on top of old ceramic. Breakfast was limited (no white bread, only 2 types of jams) but you could get by. Cleanliness was average, we had hairs in one bed, bandages still on the floor around the toilet. Clientele seemed sketchy during our stay. Smelled of marijuana on the floor and doors banged regularly during the night (missing stoppers??) At the end of the day it was ok. Nothing major but it was a bit pricy for the quality of the hotel.

When we couldn't find a way to cast to the TV for the night, the hostess switched our room without any hassle to a TV that was easier to use! It really made our night to be able to watch the shows my partner downloaded.

I suppose I got what I paid for. Pictures are very deceptive. This place is…in need of a facelift. The tub in my room looked gross honestly. Streaky and with a long hair in it (myself and my husband have short hair). It wasn’t awful honestly but not quite the experience I was hoping for.
