Very well done Hotel deluxe! We were in town for a big concert that was in walking distance of the hotel. It was a huge crowd. The customer service at the Hotel deluxe was phenomenal, accommodating, polite, enthusiastic. Some of the best customer service I have seen, we had a wonderful stay.

We had a comfortable king bed, fresh ice water available in the lobby, and a nice breakfast at Gracie’s. There were steps to enter the lobby before we could get a luggage cart which made a bit of a challenge for us. The hotel has classic Hollywood glamour, close to metro cars to everything!

Our favorite hotel in Portland. When my wife and I need to get away from the children and out of Seattle we drop them at Grandma’s and check in to the Hotel Deluxe. Well kept rooms, friendly staff, classic ambiance, a lovely lounge/bar and ideally located for walkability. We had a great time again and we will be back.

The hotel was very nostalgic. Clean rooms. Staff was great. The sink and tub drained slow had to have it cleaned out and should have made sure drain was clean before leaving as the next shower hair came back up out of drain. Parking was covered by hotel.
