A little to formal and stuffy for Portland. Not rude but not really friendly either. Fitness center was clean but very small. There is an extra fee for “amenities “ including WiFi and morning coffee. Not sure what else

Our room had a noise right outside with a continuous hum. Could not open window but the thermostat worked really well. No soap in bathroom had to use shower soap. Did not take a shower as when I turned on the water it came out brown reddish

The bed had a large stain on the mattress with a felt pad covering it ….it was digusting. The room was outdated and worn ..the manager said it was due to the age of the building but it was clearly due to negligence on the hotel upkeep. The carpets also were filthy and stained The staff was awesome and very friendly and it had a nice reception area My friends had to switch rooms due to no hot water …I would not stay here again due to the negligence of upkeeping the rooms and the dirty conditions of the rooms
