Am I giving two stars because they open up the parking garage to the public for a hockey game so I literally had to drive around for 45 minutes to find a parking spot in the hotel that I was staying in

Arrived and room #1 very disgusting aa there was actually feces on the wall on the light switch and someone else's hair in the tub food all over the furniture so was put in a different room number two on the plus side no feces no food on the furniture but appliances tables that stand dirty and had to get cleaning wipes and gloves and clean it myself then got my special needs children which doesn't do well with any sudden changes so i waa so exhausted I just didn't have or feel that they could handle a 3rd room down finally well after midnight to only get a phone call at 1:00 a.m. from the front desk saying I had to move my vehicle or they were going to tow it 1:00 a.m. not any apology from management and no compensation done shame on you
