The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I think it was a good value to stay here especially because we could park our large truck in the lot for no extra charge. It is close to restaurants and shops on W 23rd. I’d stay here again.

Only stayed for a single night but that room was spotless! And it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've encountered, even with 4 star hotels. Great job! I'm definitely going to check out Holiday Inn Express when traveling to other cities.

Great location to get to the highway or to NW 23rd Street/ Nob Hill area. Hotel could use a refresh however we were happy with our stay. Location and free parking is big when I chose this hotel the second time.

It is nice to see the start of remodeling. We have stayed for years and it is time for room remodels. The bathrooms are better so far. Breakfast and breakfast staff are wonderful. The M-F staff is amazing. She even opens up early for convenience. Front desk was also very helpful. Nice that the owner is around as well, showing his pride in ownership. Quiet, great location and easy access.
