The room was clean but small. I was assigned a room on the fourth floor, and the noise from the air conditioner—whether from outside or inside the room—was extremely loud, making it difficult to fall asleep. Access to and from the parking area was very challenging. We were driving an SUV and nearly scraped the side wall; there were many visible scratch marks on the wall, likely from other vehicles as well.

Room was clean, though there was a strong oder of weed when we first checked it. It either dissipated or we grew used to it. Staff was friendly, check in was easy and smooth and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. Will absolutely stay here again.

The room was very clean, except around essentially the baseboards along the window. I was in my socks, and I ended up with lots of fuzzies on my socks. Additionally, the fan motor squeaked like there was a squirrel in it, and it was very disrupting to my sleep hence I got up and left at 3:30 AM

There was a very bad glitch in their parking system for opening the gates one has to pass through to get in or out of their secured parking garage. However, the management gave me the valet service to make up for the inconveniece. Thank you, Anthony.
