This place was very disappointing. The front person (a woman) was unhappy, not helpful, and arrogant. We were told that the coffee place is open at 7 am, however, there was no coffee and we were told that the manager will come at some time but not sure when and bring coffee.

Checked into a dirty room. Banana peels rotting in trash. Tip money for maid still on the table. Waste of time. Employees with something else to do. Immediately left and went to the Hampton inn a block away. Avoid avoid avoid.

Had an amazing stay here! The staff was awesome, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, we had a smart TV and even a heated towel rack! We didn’t have a fridge in our room, but the staff offered to store our drinks in the café fridge if needed! After we checked out, I realized I left my necklace in the room and called the hotel. They went above and beyond to mail it back to me. We were only there for two nights, but the kindness and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel!

Checked out without staying, demand refund. TV broken, table clock broken, dog barking in next room, faucet in bathroom broken. Hotel fails to advertise that it also is leasing rooms as long term rentals. Your hotel is disgusting. I am awaiting my refund. Fingers crossed that the management doesn’t pull some slimy refund accounting when refunding my money and deposit. I will warn everyone I meet to stay away from your property….

The Harlow is a nice place to stay. They have done a nice job in resurrecting an old hotel into something modern and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and professional. The small cafe was a nice bonus. WiFi was great too. I was in 305 which for a single traveler for one night was perfect.
