Clean Rooms! This is by far my fave hotel in Oregon simply because everything here is super clean. Of course the staff is super friendly and their breakfast is great. I stay here at least 1 week 2x a year to see family.

Called to double check the pool was working the day before and they said yes. When we checked in they told us they closed it down because they didn’t comply with a new law coming into effect so they closed it. When we asked for towels the next day they had none clean also asked for them to refill the soap and TP since those were also out. No one ever came and then the next day they also had no clean towels.

Let’s see where to begin. We stayed here because the pictures of the pool and hot tub looked amazing and we wanted to use it. The hot tub was out of order. We were looking forward to the continental breakfast. It was supposed to have waffles but there was only a pancake griddle and they were awful. The scrambled eggs were powdered and tasted like they came out of an MRE. The lady refreshing all of the breakfast items yelled at my boyfriend for opening the wrong side of the bread container door. Then continued to watch us making dining an extremely uncomfortable experience. We decided not to get the breakfast the second morning of our stay. The fan in the hotel room bathroom didn’t work.
Clearly says Waffles, but no waffle iron to be found.

The hotel looked AMAZING online but it wasn't anything like it was pictured online. The only reason we chose this hotel was due to it having a hot tub only to find out it was out of service so that was a huge bummer, the room had empty food wrappers everywhere and there were dogs barking most of the night, from an adjacent room. Breakfast was the norm hotel food, nothing special. Overall pretty let down with our stay. :(

Room carpet was wet underneath the air conditioner/heater towards the bed. Bathroom shower wall had long black hair stuck to the wall underneath the shower head, it was disgusting. We spent a night only noticing when I took a shower in the morning and got out if bed on the right hand side. Family refused to use the bathroom. Hotel gave us another room but had to wait and go back to the hotel at around 11am. Apologies were given, no compensation which should come from the hotel’s management itself. Not a pleasant experience with the hotel. Went through experien for the booking.

the best part was checkin. i was able to get in early and the top floor request was honored. The woman at the front desk was amazing. the hotel itself was in good shape. the room was fine, a few rogue hairs around. the hot tub was out of order which is my biggest disappointment. the brekkie was fine. the tea selection was nice. so while not amazing, it was a very good stay.

The breakfast was great as usual. The staff was helpful and found us a nightlight when ours was missing. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were filled with lumpy stuffing. We got used to them but I don’t remember this from our last stay. The area around the property has pretty rough and narrow roads.
