Cleaning staff was very rude. I asked multiple times to have my room cleaned. All that was done was one trash basket taken. I had to put all my trash and dirty towels outside my room for them to get taken. I stayed 8 days and had clean bedding twice. I will never stay here again.

One of the beds in the first room I was given was clearly used with linens, not changed out. There was even long dark hair in the bed. I checked in around 11 PM. The staff member who checked me in was very helpful and apologetic for the state of my first room. He assigned me a second room that was clean

What a mess…..!!!

We went to Oregon for a stressful situation and I told my family I would get a room so we can relax, maybe soak in a hot tub and get some zen back. The hot tub was not working, their was turds in the pool. They had no feminine hygiene products (in case of an emergency) . The room was freezing: There were no pool towels, the pool bathroom was a mess.

While the building is almost brand new, my shower door would not stay shut and kept sliding open, the HDMI cable was broken, but they promptly replaced it, and there is literally nothing there in terms of shops or stores or restaurants or bars. It is a completely residential area. Even the front signage is hard find. Nice and clean, friendly staff.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom didn’t look as clean: the shower had hair on the floor, the mirror had splashes on it, the sheets were very loose with wrinkles which made me wonder if they were even changed. The breakfast was ok but the use of paper plates and plastic utensils didn’t meet the eco friendly status.

The hotel serves its purpose, however location is less than desirable in that the residential homes an apartments surrounding the hotel were not well kept. Bathroom floor could use a good scrub. Other than those things it was just okay.
