The TV wasn’t programmed to work properly. The hot breakfast doesn’t exist during the weekdays. One of the 2 wall heaters was broken resulting in the one that worked to run continuously blowing warm air. We were the only guests staying here which was unsettling.

When we first entering the room the heat was off and it was cold enough to see your breath in the room. It took 2 hours for the room to heat up enough to be comfortable. The HVAC unit made a lot of noise too and made it hard to sleep. Also the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on it was like sleep on straight metal springs. The bathroom wallpaper was literally felling off the walls and the water for the shower smelled so bad. I never leave a review for a hotel we stay at but this hotel needs to be avoided and will never get my business again.

Stay was okay until it was breakfast time. I’ve stayed here before and was served a decent breakfast. Today they had nothing down there & only do “hot breakfast” on the weekends. If that’s how it is you should make that clear for people to know.

We are older when we got to the back end of the third floor. The key cards didn’t work in the room. The lamp to the left of the bed switch was broken. People have been plugging it in and unplugging it. There was mold in the closet you could smell it the hot water faucet in the sink I think is loose. You have to push down on it to make it work the rugs are being ripped up in the halls, and the swimming area is packed full of mold. Looks like they’re ripping out the bathroom beside the pool peaked in and it’s black mold. I would like to think over the next year. They would do a lot of repairs. Looks like they’re trying. maybe they lack staff the staff was very nice. Fix my key cards right away just a lot of walking.

The room and hotel were spotless and well-maintained. The room was clean and stocked with bath amenities. The staff welcomed us and were friendly. The check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is conveniently located near the Maine Mall.
