They are under construction. Room was dated. The pool was dated. I'm sure it will be nicer after the Reno. Breakfast was cold. The lobby staff were nice and helpful.

We loved it there. The staff is so friendly and pay attention to everyone and take an interest. We were there for my son’s karate tournament and all the staff were so enthusiastic about it asking him questions when we arrived and told them why were there and asked all about it after we returned. I saw them show that interest in everyone they spoke to.

It was nice but not remarkable. My accessible room had a tub, despite them telling me it was walk-in shower. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable . We stayed 4 nights and no housekeeping was provided. The breakfast was not bad. The lobby area was very nice. Location is very convenient but lots of highway noise.

Friendly staff. Parking lot was not in good condition. The street was not well lighted and we felt a bit unsafe in the evening…. However the city was very safe. Perhaps because this is our first night in the city.

Hotel is undergoing renovations but was reasonably priced so we stayed there. Across the street from Portland Mall, very handy to shopping. Good parking. Our room was spacious and relatively clean. There were hanging cobwebs on the ceiling over the bed, but otherwise the room seemed clean. The pool area needed a deep cleaning. The floor was filthy and there was a lot of 'scum' around the pool tiles. The pool chairs were rusted out as well as the bathroom door frame. It was run down, but I am sure they will address these things as part of the renovation. In the meantime, a good cleaning would do wonders. The hot tub was great! Lots of jets and relaxing. The breakfast was really good. We had a hot breakfast and each day it was different. It was kept well stocked. Excellent customer service from Tim!
