Such amazing hospitality! The beach being less than 3 mins away from our hotel was the best part. Parking was so easy, and they were willing to allow our car there after our check out to enjoy a little bit more before saying goodbye! Definitely will be coming back

Spacious, clean accommodations, staff seemed a little overwhelmed but always helpful. Pool was nice and the restaurant/bar along with live entertainment every night was perfect. The beach right across the street was so convenient and not too busy.. we are already talking about coming back next year!

This location is perfect when staying at old Orchard Beach. The staff is very welcoming and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. The beach is literally across the street. There is a trolley right in front that brings you downtown for $2 dollars. There is also a very cute bistro connected to the Inn. I will definitely rate this a solid, 8.5/10.

Went on a Friday- Sunday Staff was great rooms are clean lots of young loud teens hanging out all hours of the night out in the parking lots little tricky with toddlers or any one trying to take a night walk one would think being so far from the attractions it would be the complete opposite but overall great experience on the staff’s behalf!

Room was ok could use some paint and updates but not dirty. Kids enjoyed the pool. But the only shade at the pool you had to rent which was way overpriced at 20 an hour. Which should be free considering the cost of the room.

We stayed here six years ago and had a good experience, so we decided to come back. Unfortunately, it seems like very little maintenance has been done to the property since our last visit. The hotel feels worn and could really benefit from some updates and better upkeep. It was disappointing to see the decline, and based on this experience, we probably won’t be returning.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great minus the fact that the Amtrak and the train would be running by at all hours of the night, also the water in the shower would go from scalding hot to ice cold you I had to always adjust it, the final bad thing was there is no elevator so carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs with a toddler was a challenge.

The parking was non existslant ,the rooms were dated,very small beds and uncomfortable, next door to us was noisy two nights with yelling,screaming running, we didn't stay the 3rd night which we had already paid for.i will not stay here again nor would I recommend it

The room wasn't super clean and the sheets were stained. We did not get any additional towels or toilet paper for our 3 day 2 night stay. The pool was often left with used towels laying around and trash from people. The location was great though for the beach, less packed then the beach area near the pier. The pier is not a walk away, very much a drive away unless you have a bike or scooter. The best part was the Grill that was attached to the motel. Food was great and a cute tiki bar vibe.

I keep returning to this special motel/inn for many reasons. The staff is exemplary, friendly and welcoming. The food and friendly atmosphere at the Beach Vibes restaurant on site is addicting. :) The beach is directly steps away, although the pool is also available. Plenty of things to do in the area, great area for walking, even to OOB pier and amusements. Definitely worth the five star rating! A Return Customer from Vermont. :)
