- Disliked: Cleanliness
Musty, overpriced and not service animal friendly.
I am pretty sure our room was barely cleaned before we arrived, there was dust everywhere, sticky glass rings on the bedside tables (which wipes off when I cleaned them), our glasses had finger prints and the light switches were covered in some sticky goo. I also have a legitimate service animal that was rigorously trained for her service, is completely potty trained and an absolutely respectful CGS papered. The room we were placed in was not a $200 room, it was more like a $75 room. We had absolutely no view (not counting the filthy ac units we got to hear and look at when our blinds were open) and the room was musty. I have no doubt in my mind we were placed in this room because I have a service animal. I actually am contacting the ADA to see what my rights are, I was totally discriminated against. The people who checked in prior to us were given a pristine room, but paid the same rate I found out after speaking with them.
