We stayed here this weekend and while the location was convenient, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. First, the toilets in both of our rooms did not flush properly, which was frustrating and inconvenient, especially while traveling with family. Having the same plumbing issue in two rooms is not acceptable. Additionally, the water in the showers was not hot at all, which made showering uncomfortable and disappointing. Most concerning, my 14-year-old son was given a room key by the front desk without my authorization or presence. I was not notified, and this raised serious safety concerns. Room access should be handled securely at all times, and minors should never be given keys without explicit parental approval. Because of these issues, the stay did not meet expectations. I hope management takes the maintenance and safety concerns seriously for future guests.
