Hotel was nice and we got a lot more value here than at other higher priced hotels in the area. My only major beef was the sauna was out of order and looked to have been for a long time. There was no notice of when it would be up, if at all. It's still being promoted on the website and was one of the reasons we stayed. Otherwise, everything was great. Huge room and good service.

The daily deposit was extreme and should have been disclosed. $1000 for 4 days for 2 rooms is excessive. Also the hotel needs some improvements the wood rot in the bathroom and rust and broken walls in the pool area was terrible. The breakfast and happy hour included free of charge was amazing.

One of the windows had a huge crack in it, one of the legs on the table was broken and wobbly, the pull out sofa bed had a stain and was very springing and uncomfortable. They hold a fee until checkout which caught us off guard as i couldn't find anything about it anywhere on the app and they didn't offer to help, parking is WAY too expensive. Definitely will be sticking to our normal hotels from now on.

So much fun- our room was so comfortable and beautiful. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful! We got in at 1 am And the woman at the front desk was so kind- helpful and welcoming. Free cocktails each evening, decent breakfast each morning- the ONLY issue was having to contend with druggy folks lurking around the corner, shooting up and leaving huge piles of grub. I feel a lot of empathy for their situations but didn’t feel safe.

The staff was friendly I like the reception in the breakfast. Couple things about our room and the cleanliness. there was a dirty sock in the room, and also a used bar of soap still in the shower

It didn't appear that the bathroom had been cleaned when we walked in. Hair on the walls and a plugged bathtub drain. There are much better options in this area. Don't waste your money.
