Went to check in and they said Expedia oversold the room type and we had to have a different smaller room. We were tired so just went with it until we saw the room which had hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor which was never mopped and the sink. I have been in hospitality for over 20 years and worked under this mgmt company. This hotel needs upgrades and much better housekeeping practices. Front desk was very helpful and got us another room as well as offered various comp items which I declined, but based on other reviews this property needs better mgmt.

Room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. I was disappointed for the breakfast, I didn’t realize we’d have to order from the Starbucks cafe. We got breakfast sandwiches, they were fine.. I did order a white mocha with oat milk, I believe they used regular. Whoops.
