door to room was open, not even closed. door would not shut/lock or open properly. the heat/ac unit did not work at all, would not even turn on. carpet was unraveling, paintings on wall were all crooked and cushions on sofa were turned the wrong way. just looked like no one cared at all. i left after 1 night of a 3 night planned stay. i did not get reimbursed at all and no offer to change rooms. i will never stay at this hotel brand again.

Front desk person would not look at us. Put us in a smoked in room. Argued it wasn’t smoked in. But did change out room. The Homeless are using the free breakfast. So the dining area is not to organized. The afternoon front desk person spends most of his time outside the entrance smoking. Overall not a maintained hotel. The room was actually OK

The front desk gal was nice. The tv did not work right. After a long day of driving that was an important option we wanted. When I went to call the front desk the room phone didn’t work and was so dirty. Breakfast was fine.

The room and the building's heating system smelled horribly...like something was burning. Then when I tried to watch tv, it wouldn't work, and I had to ask the front desk attendant to come to my room to get it to work. The desk attendant was very nice, though.
