The fridge in room wasn't cleaned out from the people who had it before us. Called front desk. Also coffee maker had not been cleaned old coffee pod still in machine and there were no coffee cups provided. Bathroom trash wasn't empty. Floor in bathroom wasn't swept there was dental floss stick under sink vanity. Bathtub drain didn.t work properly you were standing in your shower water. Rust on bathtub around the place water comes out. There is a lot of upgrades.

Stay was fine, room was very good - people were nice. Was aghast at a $30. pet fee for an $88 room. I expected maybe something for a fee but that was a bit on the high side. Will make me think twice next time I’m home for the weekend.

Staff were slow but helpful. One room had to be changed because of a disinfectant odor. My room has not been properly cleaned. The bathroom sink was dirty with dried soap on the faucet. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Surfaces in the room were not wiped. Overall a poor experience.

Room was not the cleanest. Something sticky was on the night table, a cap from a shampoo or something on the bathroom floor, curtains we were filthy and stained. The bathtub was disgusting. It’s so old and stained so it looks dirty. Cant tell if it was cleaned or not. Did not refill my coffee pods for my last morning.

The hotel has building on two properties not near one another. The one we stayed in was clean, with some modern updates and plenty of towels. When we finally got into our room, the card locking system took forever to open both the main door into the building and our room. The window inside the room had been left open and there was no crank handle to shut it. I tried to use the room phone to call the office on the other property but the phone didn’t work. The ice machine was on but there hadn’t been ice coming out of that machine for sometime just by looking at it. I think one of the hotel units are used for people booking through a third party.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s always been decent and pet friendly when I bring my dog. It’s significantly less expensive than other local hotels at busier times of the year. This time I had a couple issues the shower head was broken. The coffee maker was a cheap off brand k-cup. The new owner no longer offered free water in the lobby. The biggest issue was I booked through Expedia not knowing the room was in a separate building down the road and in a construction zone, the room itself was as good if not better but the location was inconvenient and not walkable to the nice restaurant on the premises.
