There were cockroaches in my room. When the lights were turned on they scattered. I feel like I should have gotten a refund. The first time I stayed a week prior there were none on the side of the building but the other room they seemed to be everywhere.

The room wasn't really clean when I got there.They're still crumbs inside the microwave and there is still a used bar of soap in the bathroom for. The parking is nice because it's gated and the noise at night was quiet. The water was the biggest issue.As it was mostly cold, there was only 1 day that It was hot out of the 3 days i was there.

THIS IS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZZARD! I couldn’t even stay 10 mins after my check in. The most disgusting room I have ever been in , bugs everywhere inside. Extremely bad cigarette smoke , really rude and unprofessional front desk lady , Tweakers everywhere , and dirty dirty shower and other peoples body fluids dried on the walls!

First of all the mange try to charge us $200 extra dollars and then when refused to pay it, they gave us a broken down room that was so dirty that looks like homeless encampment We complainand got a new dirty room but not as dirty.Bad neighborhood too.

I honestly really liked this hotel, I don’t remember it having a microwave, but it did have a really safe area where you could park your car. I’m talking a gated parking lot for your vehicle at night. That was really really appreciated especially considering it was Portland! The lobby attendant was nice and very respectful:)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was very comfortable, and the only thing that I really was not happy with was the lack of television channels on the TV. They need a better cable selection of channels. It wouldn’t have mattered so much but I spent three nights there. Also, when I first arrived, I wasn’t sure if it was a compound of some sort or a motel as there is no real good signage and all the gates make it appear as a jail. It’s very well lit, almost too well well lit. Very safe for my car car, but overpowering and too bright for a guest. I felt like I was on display as I was wheeling my bags up to my room. It was a nice place to stay and certainly very clean.

It took 45 minutes to check in. No one was at the front desk and I had to call Expedia to call the property to get someone to check us in to the hotel and then she was rude about it.

There were bugs in the bathroom, the lady who checked me in was rude, she probably gave me the worst room. She didn’t tell me the WiFi password, and it wasn’t in the room, so I went and asked someone later and they acted like I was an idiot because it was printed on the card sleeve. I wasn’t told it was on the card sleeve, and it didn’t say it was the WiFi password. I might have gotten an infection from the bed. The carpet was disgusting. They didn’t even give me a blanket. The only reason it wasn’t zero stars was because the AC worked. I won’t go again, and I’m worried they will blame the quality of the room on me and charge me for ‘damages’ I thought it was a good deal.. but it seems like deals are for the devil
