There is a separate finished basement apartment that is not included with this rental and will likely have a tenant during your stay. The two units have private interiors and separate entrances. Sound can carry between levels, and street/light-rail noise may be noticeable.

• This listing is for the main and upper floors only

• Interior stairs lead to the bedrooms, with steps also required outside

• No parties or events

• The only full bathroom is on the main floor; the upstairs bathroom is a half bath.

• Driveway parking is included; follow posted limits for street parking. The loft bed uses a ladder, and luggage dropoff requires advance approval.

We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
