Staff were great however our initial room was in a seperate unit about 1/2 km away so we switched and upgraded The unit was okay but the fridge kept leaking water on the floor and twice we asked for earlier room service before 2 pm and it did not happen

I stayed at the same resort in the fall of 2019 and knew exactly what to expect. Rooms were simply decorated, but spacious, clean, with a balcony and a nice view of the marina. It was nice to have a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, a cook top and utensils. Location was very good and so was the included breakfast. We stayed there after the season, in early November, which was reflected in the price and was a good value.

We spent four great nights at the NH Hotel in Portimão. The half board option included a high quality buffet breakfast and dinner that our kids loved. The hotel’s location was excellent— close to the beach and marina where many excursions start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A relaxing family getaway we’d happily repeat. Highly recommended!

Staff at check in were very helpful and offered to store our bikes in the garage if we didn’t take them to our room. The room had a small kitchen area and plenty of space. Breakfast the next morning was good but we did think the Euro 20 pp if you take anything from it a bit odd. (especially for this standard of hotel) We quite off take a coffee and pastry back to enjoy our on balcony before starting our day.

Great location beside the marina and the beach. Easy access to the main street of the resort via the steps of the old fort. Ideal quiet location but close to all the bars and restaurants. Very good breakfast. Only complaint would be the prices of the pool bar compared to the resort. Very relaxing.
