Random parking in the vicinity of the accommodation, subject to availability at Check-In during peak season.



NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).



It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX IN PORTIMÃO:

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.



Obs:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or over, as well as those who have proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability equal to or greater than 60%.



- Expenses for water and electricity consumption are included within the parameters of normal conscious use.

Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have that excess regularised by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:

T0: Electricity - 100 kWhs and Water - 4 m³.

Should the excess not be regularised, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made using a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
