The view of the harbour could not be appreciated as it is a ground floor apartment, curtains had to be pulled for privacy. The entrance door and area both inside and out were dirty. Radio show in pics had no batteries in! Door knob missing on kitchen door. When people were moving about on 1st floor there was lots of noise, possibily because it wasn't converted with good insulation?
