A splendid large wooden house, bright, warm, absolutely unique at the gates of the Corbières, 15 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea. In the middle of nature, the house is nestled in an exceptional setting that allows fabulous walks and the discovery of unique sites. Two well-oriented terraces, a superb new swimming pool for the summer (June to September), a large wood stove, lots of space, contribute to the charm of this magical place, ideal for relaxing with family and friends.

Perfect for accommodating a dozen people: the 6 bedrooms are well separated from the common living areas and allow you to rest. Superb panorama of the Corbières, as far as the eye can see. Two toilets and two bathrooms with shower, one on the first floor, the other on the first floor. Large well-equipped kitchen with large outbuilding. BBQ available. Particularly pleasant to live in all year round, the house is quiet, high up away from the village, surrounded by scrubland and a pine forest. Large private parking for 4 to 5 cars. 10 minutes from the African reserve of Sigean, 20 minutes from Leucate and La Franqui for beaches and water sports.
