Key was left as it was xmas day so that was very helpful Bed terrible but luckily we took our own foam underlay n doona with us Air con super noisy( same when other guests turned theirs on) so im guessing neglected No hot water for showers n dishes( tepid at best) Hole in woodwork in bathroom either rotted or rat hole Shower was dirty

Simply hasnt been cleaned shower tap also dripped black so obviously needed new washers

No one at reception on arrival, incorrect phone number in window, made an assumption that we had free phone calls whilst here. WiFi would not connect, manager did not reply to email. No bottled water in room, no milk to make tea. Gardener on patio in morning whilst getting dressed. Only one chair in the room, 2 single beds as well as the double booked. No staff available at the property for the entire stay. Poor location as on the outskirts of town.

In opinion it was a motel room and it looked like a motel room The carpark looked like a carpark.The pool looked like a pool.i didn't get to meet the staff it took myself making a phone call to find out the key was in the room and what number it was but thats ok.The best meals in the Portarlington area is definitely the golf club.If you are looking for a woman in this town I recommend bring one another town with you.

Excellent Motel. Large rooms with an outdoor area to sit and relax. Comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.
