The room and hotel were nice but the check-in staff was not attentive. There was no one at the desk when I walked in and I stood there for several minutes. I had to walk behind the desk and get their attention as the two workers were sitting behind the wall watching videos on their phones. The one that checked me in was not helpful and even directed me in the complete opposite direction of where I needed to park.
