Staff lovely, room comfortable and clean, check in / check out great, location great. WIFI slow and unreliable (restricted to 5 mbps / drops out), bar and dining close very early, free breakfast awful, with additional charge for what would be considered standard included breakfast elsewhere. Mid range property, slightly overpriced and in need of renovation. Street noise can get bad. No lifts.

Staff were super lovely: friendly and helpful. Attached tour desk was limited to expensive experiences, so would recommend reaching further afield to book tours, but the hotel did loan us some snorkelling gear for the days we wanted to self explore. Would recommend.

I loved the spacious apartment and the private balconies, the aircon and the TV worked well. The chef at casa Mia was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. There was no fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea but when I asked for some it was brought to me by a young man who went to some trouble to get it.

Great place to stay!

Everything worked like clockwork. We left some of our luggage 1 week ahead of our stay as we were flying to other islands and there were restrictions on the amount of luggage. The Melanesian hotel allowed us to store our luggage until our arrival! That’s great customer service. The room was clean, large, and comfortable!
