So much character! Artwork, gardens and a restaurant that serves food fresh from their onsite garden. There is an onsite art gallery and they are invested in providing opportunities to their community members in need. I felt great about out time there and supporting such an ethical business.

The history of the "Alcohol plant" was interesting. The staff were friendly & helpful. It is an older building--so no air conditioning. The view was excellent. We found the room to be clean & in good condition. It was a good value & exellent location; however if you are looking for luxury--this may not be the right choice for you.

This charming, unique property, has comfy and clean rooms, a wonderful restaurant, beautiful gardens and an idyllic setting. This historic rubbing alcohol plant founded by the famous photographer Ansel Adams’ grandfather makes for a special feel and character that is hard to find. Everyone who works there was so nice and eager to help make your day the best! The Alcohol Plant Inn also contributes to the local community focusing aid on local seniors, military veterans, and low-wage workers who need stable housing to keep their jobs. Win win!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST mini vacay ever!!!! 💜💜💜💜. Wanted to get away from the stress and hub bub of kids, life, school and got way more than I bargained for, in a good way 😉. This place was AMAZING. Every detail was international AND by staying there you are supporting their mission to help our unhoused neighbors!!! Will definitely be back VERY soon!!!
