Beautiful home with awesome screened in porch. Very welcoming home to pets and families. The process was easy to get pets approved via communication with John. Easy check in process, excellent communication with Jamie and issue corrected/needs met timely (missing remote, issue with dryer & bath pocket door not closing). Kitchen well stocked for cooking and pantry in front of laundry had extra appliances like blender etc. There are games in the laundry room, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. House was very clean on arrival. Short walk to public beach which is also visible from the porches. Five stars for cleanliness, being well stocked, and the communication provided. The negatives were minimal but worth mentioning in case it would matter to other renters. This home was a bit pricier than other homes we have stayed at directly on the water with more amenities (hot tub, pool, beach equipment). The traffic on the road next to the house was more than expected. It is a parking lot and people drive out onto the beach at all hours from there. No hand soap in any of the bathrooms. I would not have minded to grab some soaps, just wish I knew before we got out on the Cape. However, kitchen dish soap, roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags were all provided and plentiful. Overall this was an excellent rental and we would recommend staying here.
