This small, family-friendly community, nestled between St. Joe Beach and Panama City Beach, offers gorgeous sunrises and sunsets filled with long, relaxing days on its beautiful, uncrowded beach.

As you enter “Watershed Cottage” you'll be greeted with a light and airy living/dining kitchen area with lots of custom touches. This open concept kitchen/dining/living area has beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, new furniture, and a 55-inch smart tv. The luxury kitchen features Quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, an oven with a built-in air fryer, and a breakfast bar (seats 4) and overlooks the dining area with seating for 6. The private master suite features a king bed, 42” smart tv, and a barn door leading to the master bathroom. The luxury bathroom has a custom tile shower with seamless glass doors. Both guest bedrooms feature a queen bed, and a 32” smart tv. The guest bathroom spotlights a custom-tile shower with seamless glass doors.

Other features include a laundry room w/full-sized washer and dryer, back deck, outdoor shower, beach buggy, beach towels, pack-n-play, games, Ninja blender, regular drip coffee maker (cone shaped filters). (Beach chairs, gear etc. are not guaranteed as items come and go throughout the year.)

Mexico Beach includes stores and restaurants that are less than a 10-minute walk. Start your day enjoying a specialty coffee and delicious breakfast at Caribbean Coffee, enjoy lunch at the ever-popular Crazy Beach Pizza or Mango Marleys, do some shopping in the unique, locally-owned shops, and take some time to pamper yourself at the White Sands Salon & Boutique. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner.

This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $140 will be added to your reservation after you book.

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener.

Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.

Our beautiful area has been under reconstruction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. We have come a long way since then, but there is still a considerable amount of new construction going on in the area. While we strive to give you an accurate representation in our photos, we cannot guarantee that new construction near your rental hasn't begun since our photos were taken.
