Beach Vibes: Your Luxury Beach Home Rental in the Windmark Beach Community.

This new, clean luxury designed home with everything you need for a great beach vacation is a short walk from the BEACH. The Windmark Community offers so much including a resort-style heated pool, fitness center (days passes additional), nature trail over 2 miles for running, biking, and walking, and boardwalks. The cute nearby downtown has casual and fine dining including the View on Old 98.

The beach is less than 2 blocks away or a 6-9 minute walk.

The space Come experience coastal luxury in this beautiful new construction single-family home with 4 bedrooms. 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa.

The modern coastal décor carries an inviting feel. LVP floors carry throughout the home along with granite countertops, and stainless appliances; fully stocked with all linens, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities.

The kitchen, dining, and living offer an open living concept. The kitchen is fully stocked including items for baking. Enjoy access to a large pantry, fridge with ice maker, and a dishwasher. Smart TVs are in the living room and every bedroom.

The luxury master suite offers a comfortable king bed, flat-screen Roku television, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom is en suite; complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and private water room.

Two additional bedrooms both have king beds. A 4th bedroom which is whimsical and fun is outfitted with 2 bunk beds to sleep 4 more. The sofa sleeper is an additional sleeping option. All guest rooms have comfortable bedding, great natural light, and closet access. The shared bath is pristine with a shower/tub combination. Private laundry is available with a starter supply of detergent.

A beach wagon is provided as well as an outdoor shower. Parking is available onsite but be mindful, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed. The large community pool offers a zero-entry splash pad for kids, plenty of lounge chairs, as well a playground. In addition, there are several beach access points with 3.5 miles of boardwalks; perfect for exercise such as walking, biking, running, and even nature photography or you can visit the city center which is home to Fit as a Fiddle for yoga and weights. We highly recommend going to The View on 98 in the city center to cook your catch or have a sunset cocktail looking over the ocean. Windmark Beach has all the amenities to provide a memorable vacation.

Absolutely no tampons or anything else other than toilet paper and human waste in the toilets.

This property is beautiful and spacious. The host was amazing. Everything we needed was there. Having the bikes on the property was awesome. It allowed us to ride the bikes to the beach. When I return to the area and need a spot I will most definitely look for Host "Neil"!

Great Get-away

Wonderful house/great location

We loved this home. Very short walk to the beach. It was clean, spacious, and had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon to use. The waves at the beach were calm which was great with young children.

Fantastic!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary on a long weekend here. We loved the house, the community and the short walk to the relaxing beach. This quiet community is perfect for couples or a family. We will be coming back!

Loved the location overall nice house. There was some cleanliness issues. Had a bed that once the comforter was pulled back it was full of dog hair. When I contacted the property manager all he said is he will talk with the cleaning staff. There was no attempt to make it right or to give me anything in return for it not being as it should. The walls were also pretty marked up and dirty. Other than that we had a great time and the weather was perfect. I'm not saying I'd never stay here again but it would not be my 1st choice. The property manager seemed more concerned in making sure I left a 5 star review then caring about the house being as it should have been. Customer satisfaction and providing what was paid for needs to be a higher priority

Perfect family vacation

Neil was very responsive. The house was perfect for our family and really enjoyed the pool onsite. The grandsons loved the Pac-Man game in the bunk room which they shared. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Windmark Beach is great place to stay!

Close to main road leading to beach/pool/restaurants. 5 minutes to dowtown PSJ, 5 minutes to Mexico Beach. Calm ocean water, no riptides! Restaurants/grocery affordable compared to other Florida areas. Not very busy!

Family vacation in Port st Joe

Great little area especially for families and kids!! The house is extremely well decorated and designed. There are TVS in every room for the adults and kids. The neighborhood is really nice and you can walk to the beach and community pool or rent a golf cart. We had a great time!!! The owner was wonderful and got in touch with me the minute I arrived!!

It was like being home away from home. There was plenty of room, walking distance from the beach, towels, laundry, very relaxing and quiet. Perfect, get away. Just didn't realize the pool was closed, kids were disappointed 😕

Your Getaway To Relaxation

Nice clean new house in a very good location. Absolutely loved the extremely close beach access, Bruno’s and View On Old 98 restaurants. (Definitely must go to both restaurants they are amazing ) Very nice state parks in the area, and we also enjoyed going to The Honor Walk. The house was very nice, and we especially enjoyed the arcade games. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the Roku tv.
