This level also has a half bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer and one bedroom (king sized bed) with a private bath. Enjoy the sounds of the surf on the large covered wrap around deck! The 2nd level features 4 bedrooms (all have oceanfront views from the windows) and 2 shared baths. Serendipity has all the amenities of home with cable TV in all bedrooms and living room, phone, wireless internet WiFi, unlimited long distance, covered parking, fish cleaning table, outside shower, and a boardwalk to beach. This home is perfect for a large group! Serendipity is located 1/2 mile from the St. Joseph State Park.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
