DOOR ACCESS:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Guests are required to sign the renter agreement to receive the door code. You will get a personalized door code 3 days prior to check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

OCCUPANCY:
Home sleeps up to 4 in beds. There is a strict 6 persons HOA maximum. Please do not utilize the couch as a bed. Note: If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave immediately. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine from local authorities for not adhering to fire safety. ⛔️🐾 No Pets Please - Gone Coastal is people only.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! It was spotless and well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are a great size. It was an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, but the golf cart that was included was perfect! We had a great trip and left wishing that we lived there. Thank you for being a great host!

Right next to a main busy road. Though it seemed to be better after a number of days. Grow use to it . Another thing would’ve been nice… a few accommodations in the kitchen beyond just the dishes and pots and pans for a weeks stay. We had one garbage bag , Three coffee pots.. overall everything was nice and clean comfortable.
