Our home is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, including cookware, towels, linens and starter paper products and soap. Beach gear also included. Washer/Dryer with laundry soap included. Enjoy a short walk to the beach and transport beach supplies with our handy beach wagon, or park your car right alongside the beach for free! Fishermen can charter boat tours or fish right off the shore. Bait shops and a marina are less than a mile from the house. Mexico Beach is close to attractions such as Cape San Blas, St. George Island State Park, Indian Pass, Port St. Joe, and Apalachicola.

Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. If checking out put trash in the cans located in the box under the carport
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dogs must be crated if left alone. Pick up dog waste prior to check out. No dogs on beds/furniture.
Turn off gas grill valve after using. Set thermostats to 76 in summer/70 in winter. Lock all doors and turn off lights, fans when checking out.
Do not leave personal items such as beach gear or anything else at the property.
